Originally from the Maritime’s, Bonnie discovered the KW area in 1981 while studying a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Dance at the University of Waterloo. She fell in love with the big city amenities & small town friendliness & decided to lay down roots after graduation.
Bonnie started out in media & television as an ENG video editor for CITY-TV & then worked in the Audio Visual department at U of W for many years. She then put her Science degree to good use by working 8 years as a Pharmaceutical Rep for Pfizer.
Since becoming a Licensed Realtor in 2008, Bonnie has helped her clients buy, sell or lease over 325 homes! She is certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), An Elite Staging Affiliate and an Accredited Senior Agent (ASA).
Bonnie works by referral which means her goal is to make her clients so happy with the service that she provides, they will share their experience with their family & friends. In appreciation, she invites clients to 3 events throughout the year including a Movie event, Skating Party & Thanksgiving Pie Party.
Bonnie is married to her talented husband Jeff. They have a beautiful family of four children, three grandchildren, & Bella, their affectionate Ragdoll cat. Born and raised in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, KW has always been home. Growing up my family moved frequently and as a result I got to experience KW from many varying neighbourhoods as well as become quite familiar with the buying and selling process.
I’m a University of Waterloo Alumni having obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in a counselling related field. After completing my University education I began working in the education system and for the past 7 years have been a secretary in a variety of Waterloo Region’s elementary and secondary schools.
I grew up around real estate with my Mom already in the business and became well versed with the job of a Realtor in my experience working as a Real Estate Assistant. This opportunity sparked my desire to advance my skill and experience by becoming a licensed Realtor myself in 2019.
Other passions of mine include caring for my playful pup, Dahlia, and teaching people about dog behaviour and the benefits of positive-reinforcement dog training. I also enjoy spending time in nature, camping in many of Ontario’s beautiful provincial parks and making hand painted wood signs as a creative outlet.
I’m very passionate about the things I do and strive to channel this passion in my work as a real estate salesperson as well.
