B.A., Sales Representative

Originally from the Maritime’s, I discovered the KW area in 1981 while studying a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Dance at the University of Waterloo. I fell in love with the big city amenities & small town friendliness & decided to lay down roots after graduation.

My career started out in media & television as an ENG video editor for CITY-TV & and then I put my Science degree to good use by working 8 years in Pharmaceutical Sales.

I have been a licensed Realtor in Ontario since 2008 & am certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), An Elite Staging Affiliate and an Accredited Senior Agent (ASA).

Working by referral means I focus on the relationship and not the transaction. Many of my clients participate in my parties of appreciation throughout the year including a Movie event, Skating Party & Thanksgiving Pie Party.

I believe in giving back & donate a portion of earnings from every purchase, sale or lease to both the Children’s Miracle Network & the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Working by Referral, Building Life-long Relationships, One Home at a Time!

Specialties: Residential home and condo sales in Waterloo Region, KW, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas; CSP Elite Certified (Certified Staging Professionals Elite Program); Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)

Born and raised in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, this has always been home. Growing up my family moved frequently and as a result I lived in a variety of neighbourhoods in KW & experienced the buying and selling process from an early age.

I’m a University of Waterloo Alumni having obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in a counselling related field. After completing my University education I began working in the education system and for almost a decade I have been a secretary in a variety of Waterloo Region’s elementary and secondary schools.

I grew up around real estate with my Mom already in the business and became well versed with the job of a Realtor in my experience working as a Real Estate Assistant. This opportunity sparked my desire to advance my skill and experience by becoming a licensed Realtor myself in 2019.

Other passions of mine include caring for my playful pup, Dahlia, and teaching people about dog behaviour and the benefits of positive-reinforcement dog training. I also enjoy spending time in nature, camping in many of Ontario’s beautiful provincial parks and making hand painted wood signs as a creative outlet.

I’m very passionate about the things I do and strive to channel this passion in my work as a real estate salesperson as well.
