For us selling our home was a bittersweet occasion. While it was time to move due to changing needs and work demands this didn’t alter the fact that the house we were leaving had been a home and special to us. When we began our search for a real estate agent we were intent on interviewing several, and after the first five minutes of meeting with Bonnie we knew she was the right agent for us. The connection was immediate. She understood not only our goals but also the emotional challenges we faced in leaving a place we had put our hearts into. She proactively gave us all the details on how selling would work and provided us with lists and contacts that could support us to prepare everything. She patiently answered questions and emails when we were concerned or frazzled, and she kept us up to date on the progress throughout. When the offers arrived she helped us understand the benefits of one over another and helped us make a choice that was right for us. It was hard to leave our special home, but in the end with Bonnie’s help the transition was a smooth and lovely experience. Our new house opened up so many possibilities for us and it has become a home quickly, and we know our old home is now in the hands of a new family ready to make memories they will cherish.
